At Wainfleet Trading Post, we want you to love your home goods, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale decor items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
